Through Biblical Theology, Psychology, Art, and other fields of knowledge, we open a path of restorative justice that dignifies and teaches human beings to live in freedom.

What have we accomplished so far?

  • A total of 795 incarcerated students, both men and women, have been certified in courses on Biblical Theology, and in Psychology and Art Seminars, as part of the Path to Freedom education program, which has a duration of two years.
  • 19 incarcerated students, both men and women, have graduated after being part of our Path to Freedom Program for two years. The knowledge they acquired has enabled them to build a new life project while in prison.
  • We are currently present in the following penitentiary centers: La Picota, El Buen Pastor Women’s Prison, and La Distrital in Bogotá; El Olivo in Boyacá; and the CEFERE Women’s Prison in Panama.
  • At our Didajé Learning Center, 420 students have been certified in remote (online) learning, through courses in Biblical Theology and Psychology seminars.
  • In 2022, we were recognized by the Ministry of Justice and the National Penitentiary Institute of Colombia (INPEC), as well as by UNIMINUTO University Corporation with the Father Diego Jaramillo Cuartas Award.
  • We have established partnerships with the Prison Ministry of Panama and the universities UNIMINUTO, UNICERVANTES, and ÁREA ANDINA.
