General Description<\/h2>\n

Welcome to the terms and conditions of Didaj\u00e9 Foundation Research and Teaching Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting processes of resocialization and dignification of persons deprived of liberty. This document establishes the rules applicable to the acquisition and participation in our online courses delivered through the Zoom platform. By purchasing any of our courses, you agree to be governed by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Course Acquisition<\/h2>\n

When purchasing any of our online courses, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n

– You have reviewed the complete course description, including content, methodology, duration, and technical requirements
\n– You have the necessary technological means to participate in the Zoom sessions
\n– The registration is personal and non-transferable, except with express authorization from the Foundation
\n– Sessions may be recorded for educational and archival purposes<\/p>\n

Course Participation<\/h2>\n

To ensure an optimal educational experience:<\/p>\n

– Punctuality is expected for scheduled sessions
\n– The participant must maintain a respectful attitude toward facilitators and other participants
\n– It is recommended to keep the camera on during sessions to facilitate interaction
\n– Active participation enriches the learning experience for everyone<\/p>\n

Course Cancellation by the Foundation<\/h2>\n

Didaj\u00e9 Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. In these cases, registrants will be notified in a timely manner and alternatives will be offered to participate in future editions.<\/p>\n

Use of Funds<\/h2>\n

It is important to highlight that the income generated from the sale of online courses is used to finance the resocialization programs that Didaj\u00e9 Foundation develops in penitentiary centers in Colombia and other countries, thus contributing to our mission of dignification and restoration.<\/p>\n

Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2>\n

All material provided during the courses (presentations, documents, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Didaj\u00e9 Foundation. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited. Participants may use the provided material solely for their personal learning. Any other use will require written authorization from the Foundation.<\/p>\n

Privacy and Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

Didaj\u00e9 Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of participants according to our privacy policy. Personal data collected will be used exclusively for:<\/p>\n

– Managing your participation in the courses
\n– Sending relevant information about Foundation activities
\n– Issuing participation certificates when applicable During sessions, participants might share personal experiences. Confidentiality is requested regarding sensitive information shared by other participants.<\/p>\n

Modifications to Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

Didaj\u00e9 Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on our website.<\/p>\n

Applicable Legislation<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n
